Jakarta, October 2025 -- The Creative Learning Action Plan (CLAP) 2025 program has become one of the most anticipated events in the onboarding journey for new teachers and staff at Nizamia Andalusia School. Designed to cultivate creativity, collaboration, and meaningful learning, this year's CLAP involved more than 30 participants from Nizamia Andalusia Kindergarten (NAK) to Nizamia High School (NHS) levels.
Each participant was challenged to design an innovative and measurable action plan based on the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). These plans were expected to reflect Nizamia's FAST Values: Fathonah, Amanah, Shidiq, Tabligh — and demonstrate real impact in their respective classrooms. "CLAP is not just a competition; it's a movement that encourages teachers to think creatively, act meaningfully, and inspire students through innovative learning," said Ibu Zahra Fajardini, M.Pd.
After a thorough selection process, 10 finalists were chosen to present their projects before the judges. The finalists showcased a wide range of creative ideas, from the integration of AI technology in school systems to innovative learning reflections and national-themed student activities. The judging panel consisted of Ibu Zahra Fajardini, M.Pd., School Director of Nizamia Andalusia School, Ibu Uli Ratna Muliawati, S.Pd., Coordinator of Research, Innovation, and Talent Hub, and Ibu Herliawati Agus Prihatin, M.Kesos., Principal of Nizamia Andalusia Middle School (NAMS).
From the 10 finalists, the judges then selected the Top 3 CLAP Winners whose projects stood out for their originality, clear planning, and meaningful impact on student learning. The first place was awarded to Bapak Muhammad Shidqi, Lc. from Nizamia High School through his project "Otomatisasi BEL Pengingat Pelajaran dengan Aplikasi Audio Terjadwal & Suara AI." The second place went to Bapak Ahmad Yusri, Lc., M.E. from Nizamia Andalusia Middle School with his program "Membentuk Tim Tahfidz dengan Metode UMMI untuk Setoran Maksimal 10 Juz." Meanwhile, Ibu Reswari Adaninggar, S.Psi. from Nizamia Andalusia Primary School earned third place through her creative project "Membuat Pengalaman Refleksi Belajar yang Menyenangkan dan Mudah Dipahami oleh Siswa."
In addition to the top winners, several teachers also received Nomination Awards for their inspiring ideas and dedication, including Ibu Savina Zahra, S.Psi., Ibu Fadhliya Syam Mastura, M.Pd., and Bapak Deja Akmal Nugraha, S.Pd., M.Han. Their projects reflected the same spirit of creativity and commitment to meaningful learning that CLAP aims to nurture.
The event also gave special appreciation to the mentors who played an important role in guiding and supporting the participants throughout the CLAP journey. Their dedication and encouragement greatly contributed to the professional growth of the new educators. The mentors were Ibu Diah Puspita Sari, S.Pd., Ibu Eni Widyaningsih, S.Sos., Ibu Winda Agnes, S.Pd., and Ibu Rizka Vezeni, S.Pd.
The announcement of winners was followed by a warm round of applause, celebrating not only the achievements of the Top 3 but also the enthusiasm and collaborative spirit of all participants. "CLAP provides a meaningful platform for our new teachers to collaborate, explore their potential, and translate creative ideas into real classroom practices," said Ibu Uli Ratna Muliawati, S.Pd. Through programs like CLAP, Nizamia Andalusia continues to strengthen its culture of innovation and collaboration — believing that every small idea born from a teacher's heart can spark a big change in student's lives.
