Nizamia Andalusia Kindergarten brings learning beyond the classroom through Exit Point Al Farabi: A Day with My Family, a special occasion where students and parents come together to celebrate learning, creativity, and meaningful moments as a family.
The event gave families an opportunity to experience the children’s learning journey in a different way not only by seeing what they had learned, but also by taking part in activities and creating meaningful memories together.
Words from the Heart
One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the Love Letter activity. Parents were invited to write special letters to their children, sharing words of love, appreciation, encouragement, and hopes for their future.
A Performance to Share
The day began with a special performance by the students. With excitement and confidence, the children took the stage to showcase what they had prepared for their families. Through the performance, students had the opportunity to express themselves, build confidence, and celebrate their learning journey. The smiles and applause from their parents made the moment even more special.
Creating Together Through Art
The hands-on Art Work activity brought parents and children together through three creative challenges: solving a face puzzle, creating a life-size drawing, and crafting a textured collage. By assembling, coloring, and pasting materials, children expressed their imagination while refining their fine motor skills and decision-making. Throughout the experience, parents offered warm support, making it a meaningful bonding moment for every family.
Exploring the Creative Corner
The Art Work activity served as a proud showcase of the children's creative journey and achievements throughout the entire unit. Families were encouraged to experiment and enjoy the interactive activities at their own pace, turning the corner into a vibrant space to laugh, connect, and celebrate the joy of learning together.
Reflecting on the experience, the parents of Jenna, shared, “We just want Dena to grow into a kind, independent soul who is never afraid to be uniquely herself. Whatever good path she chooses to walk, our hearts and hands will always be there to support her.”
A Day with Family was not only a celebration of the children’s learning journey, but also a celebration of the important role families play in their growth. Through performances, art, heartfelt letters, and creative activities, students and parents shared moments that went beyond the classroom. It was a day to celebrate how learning becomes even more meaningful when it is experienced, created, and cherished together with family.
